Sussex County Delaware Real Estate Market Statistics for the week ending November 4, 2018

For last week there were a total of 78 sold in Rehoboth and the surrounding areas – which is up 36% from the previous week. 75 properties went under contract last week, which is down 6% from the previous week. Currently there are 2,194 Properties for Sale which is down 62 properties from last week. Details of Sold & Active Properties are in the links below.
