Sussex County Delaware Real Estate Market Statistics for the week ending March 10, 2019

For last week there were a total of 54 sold in Rehoboth and the surrounding areas – which is up 45% from the previous week. 79 properties went under contract last week, which is down 23% from the previous week. Currently there are 2,225 Properties for Sale which is up 72 properties from the past two weeks. Details of Sold & Active Properties are in the links below.
