Why We Live Here . . . Dining with Coastal Views

Dining with Coastal Views . . .

A frequent request for restaurant-goers is waterfront dining options. Coastal Delaware is sure to please!  Here are just a few options . . .

A new addition to Coastal Delaware’s repertoire of waterfront eateries is the Harbour.  The Harbour restaurant promises trendy takes on classic favorites including a fried green tomato topped with crab bruschetta. Enjoy a glass of your favorite wine or cocktail and watch the boats travel up and down the Lewes Canal.

Located on the ground level of the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel is Victoria’s.  Victoria’s is a locals’ favorite as it is sited on the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and offers upscale dining options with stunning ocean front views. The Victorian themed restaurant also features afternoon tea! Afternoon Tea is unique and fun especially for little girls and boys, as they promote dressing up, but don’t forget to make a reservation!

Two Seas in Dewey Beach delivers exactly that: two seas! This spot is great for watching the sunset over the bay, as well as a view of the ocean for dolphin spotting from their roof-top deck.  Pair the views with  fine food, fine wine or a specialty cocktail and you’re set!

A little farther south of Rehoboth, in Indian River, is the Big Chill Surf Cantina.  Roll-off one of the many beautiful state park beaches and head upstairs to the bar for a cocktail!  An ocean front delight, the Big Chill’s views of both the ocean and the Indian River Inlet Bridge, which glows blue at night are unsurpassed. Great food, great drinks, and great views, this spot is a local favorite.

Last, but not least in Bethany Beach, is 99 Sea Level. Featuring fresh farm to table seafood, this upscale oceanfront dining option is a great dinner spot. There is no better way to wind down from a long day of sunbathing than a glass of wine as you watch the beaches empty and the sun go down.
