What  Sold  at the Beaches Week  Ending  May 3rd?

Our Team focuses on Properties in the Popular Beach areas of Coastal Sussex County: Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes, Milton, Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island; as well as the popular inland areas of Harbeson, Millsboro, Ocean View, Millville, and Selbyville.   

Although our Spring market started out slower than we normally see, we are now seeing a good uptick in properties coming on to the market and properties selling. 

There were a total of 75 properties sold in those popular beach areas.  That is 20 more sales than the previous week.

Prices range from $252,000 to $5,950,000

Days on Market range from 1  to  671
