Why We Live Here . . . Winter Wonderfest
Looking for something to do in Sussex County in the Winter? Have no fear, the Winter Wonderfest is Here!
Located at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal, you will find fun-filled family activities such as a large ice skating rink, exceptional live music, an adorable Christmas Village that is presented and organized by Festival of Cheer, Inc., indoor holiday workshops, carnival rides including a giant ferris wheel, and of course Mr. & Mrs. Claus!
But the family fun doesn’t stop there! Drive through Cape Henlopen State Park to see the “Light Spectacular” – Over 1.5 miles filled with lots of bright and beautiful lights and 90 awe inspiring displays. Shuttles are also available from the Lewes Terminal.
The Winter Wonderfest is open daily until December 31 (except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). So get out and enjoy the fun-filled activities that Winter Wonderfest has to offer before it’s gone! You won’t be disappointed!
